At Jug Sow, we are a small business dedicated to providing beautiful designs and thoughtful goods for lovers of winter sowing. Many of our items are made to order specifically for you, which allows us to offer unique, high-quality products while minimizing waste.
Returns
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of most of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, preference, or sizing issues.
Refunds and Remedies for Issues
We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly make it right. This may include:

- Repairing the item (if applicable)
- Issuing a partial or full refund (at our discretion)
To be eligible for a remedy:
- You must notify us of any issues **within 30 days** of receiving your order.
- Please include photos of the issue when contacting us, as this helps us resolve the problem quickly.
We reserve the right to request the return of defective or damaged items (at our expense) before issuing a replacement or refund.
